2. Definitions

Company refers to Fab Capital Pvt. Ltd.
User refers to any individual or business availing our services.
Financial Institution refers to banks, NBFCs, and other lending partners.

3. Eligibility
Users must be Indian residents, at least 18 years old, and legally competent to enter into a contract.

4. Services Provided
Fab Capital facilitates loan applications and disbursements by connecting borrowers with financial institutions. The final approval and disbursement decisions rest solely with the respective financial institution.

5. User Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Use services only for lawful purposes.

6. Loan Approval & Disbursement
Fab Capital does not guarantee loan approval. The final decision rests with the financial institutions based on their policies.

7. Fees & Charges
Fab Capital may charge a service fee, which will be communicated to users transparently before processing any loan.

8. Data Protection & Privacy
User data is collected, stored, and processed per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data practices.

9. Limitation of Liability
Fab Capital is not responsible for loan rejections, delays, or terms set by financial institutions.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Disclaimer
Loan approvals are subject to the terms and conditions of respective financial institutions. Fab Capital has no control over the approval or rejection of loans. Rejected applications are solely at the discretion of the lending institution, and Fab Capital shall not be held liable for any such rejections.
